Fast & Easy Shipping
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $199. ($9.85 Flat Shipping on Orders Under $199)
- 3 Day Shipping to 95% of the USA
- Fast International Shipping
- Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours
- Orders over $500 value will be shipped signature required
Domestic Shipping Details
- CVF strives to ship all orders of in stock items within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)
- If Flat Rate shipping is chosen, CVF reserves the right to choose the carrier and shipping method. USPS is common for small packages while UPS or Fed Ex are used for large packages.
- Located in Minnesota, most orders in the continental United States arrive within 3 business days (this does not count Saturday and Sunday).
- Shipping cut off for same day shipping is 11 AM CST dependent on order volume and carrier availability
- CVF does not currently offer expediated services at checkout. If you are in need of an item to be expediates via UPS for an additional fee, please give us a call and we will help facilitate.
- Missing an item in your order? Please inspect your packing list for a notice of "split shipment". For various reasons a small item in your order may arrive in a seperate package due to being temporarily out of stock or fullfilled by one of our partners. This applies to all Vintage Air and Old Air Products.
International Shipping Details
- CVF ships to nearly every country in the world
- All international shipments are shipped via DHL or USPS. Fed Ex and UPS may be available upon request.
- CVF's free shipping policy does NOT extend to international orders.
- We work closely with our carriers to provide the best possible rates for all shipments. The exact rate will show in checkout.
- Please be aware of all local customs and fees when purchasing. CVF is NOT responsible for any additional fees. The price shown in cart is for transit only.
Shipping Notes:
- Double check that your address has been inputted correctly when placing an order. CVF is NOT responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately to avoid any delays.
- Once your order ships, you will recieve tracking information via the email provided at checkout.
- CVF is NOT responsible for packages once they are handed off to the carrier. If an item is lost, damaged, or stolen we can help file a claim with the carrier. We rely on their findings for a resolution. CVF HIGHLY recommends using Route Shipping Protection with ALL orders. See the following section for more details.
Route Shipping Protection
CVF Racing is proud to partner with Route, the industry leader in premium package protection. For a small premium at checkout, Route protects packages from being:
- Damaged by carriers during shipments
- "Lost" by carriers
- Delievered to the wrong address
- Stolen.
CVF works closely with Route to provide this added insurance at a very minimal fee (as low as $2). With Route Shipping Protection, any claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages will be completed through Route and NOT CVF or the shipping carrier. Route uses all US based customer support and claims can be filed in just a few clicks. You will have the option of having a duplicate order placed on your behalf (free of charge) or a full refund to your payment method
