Introducing CVF Billet LS Valve Covers

Give your LS build a billet finish from the accessory drive to the valve covers. Our new Billet LS Valve Cover Kit combines precision-machined styling with integrated internal baffling, flexible AN plumbing options, and self-sealing stainless hardware.

Designed and CNC-machined at CVF Racing in New Prague, Minnesota, these covers bring practical installation details and a coordinated appearance to your LS swap or engine build.

Built Into the Billet

Details that make a difference

Each cover starts with 2-inch-thick 6061-T6 billet aluminum. A recessed top panel, radiused perimeter rib, and machined side flutes give the exterior its distinctive look. Inside, the oil baffling is machined directly into the cover, eliminating a separate bolt-in baffle plate and its retaining fasteners.

Integrated Internal Baffling

The baffles are part of the cover itself. There is no separate baffle plate or baffle mounting hardware to work loose.

Self-Sealing Hardware

Stainless steel mounting screws use captive Viton O-ring seals. There are no separate sealing washers or grommets to install.

Flexible AN Connections

Two -12 ORB ports per cover let you arrange PCV, breather, and oil-fill connections to suit your build. Choose -10AN or -12AN adapter fittings with the kit.

Matching billet coil brackets

Pair the covers with our Billet LS Coil Brackets to bring your ignition coils into the same coordinated setup. Tapped coil mounting holes eliminate underside nuts, making the coils easier to install and service.

The brackets support multiple popular GM LS coil styles. Check the coil compatibility information on the product page before ordering, and match the bracket finish to your valve covers.

The covers fit Gen III and Gen IV Chevrolet LS engines using the standard LS valve cover bolt pattern. Plan your coil mounting arrangement before ordering; installations with coils mounted on the original covers will need a compatible mounting solution.
