My kit arrived missing bolts or hardware
Orders and Warranty
Tell us what is missing and we will get it out to you. We just need enough detail to identify the right parts for your kit.
Overview
Short Answer
Email us your order number and what is missing, and we will send the parts out. A photo of what you did receive, laid out, helps us confirm quickly.
Check the packaging first
Small hardware bags ride under the foam and inside brackets, and small parts work their way into the corners of a box in shipping. Before you write in, check inside any bracket pockets and under all the packing material.
What to send us
Your order number and the email used at purchase.
What is missing, as specifically as you can describe it: bolt size and location, gasket, spacer, bracket.
A photo of the hardware you did receive, laid out on a bench. This is the fastest way for us to spot the gap.
If the box arrived damaged, photos of the packaging as well.
If the box was damaged in transit
Photograph the outer box before you throw it away, including any carrier damage. That matters both for getting your parts replaced and for the carrier claim.
Don’t substitute critical fasteners
Bolts from a hardware store are usually not equivalent to what ships in the kit, particularly the bolts that tie a bracket into the cylinder head and carry belt load.
Wrong part rather than a missing one?
If what you received is the wrong bracket or pulley rather than a missing bolt, see our article on receiving a wrong part. That is handled differently.
