I received the wrong part
Orders and Warranty
Mistakes happen. If you think you received the wrong part, or something is missing from your kit, open a ticket with our support team and we will sort it out.
Overview
Short Answer
Send us your order number and a photo of the part you received, showing its part number or label. We will get the correct part out to you.
What we need
Your order number and the email used at purchase.
A photo of the part you received, clearly showing any part number or label.
A photo showing why it does not fit, if that is not obvious.
What happens next
We check what the order called for against what you received and get the correct part moving. A photo and your order number are what let us move quickly.
Don’t modify a part you think is wrong
Once a part has been drilled, cut or refinished we cannot take it back. If something looks close but not quite right, stop and send photos first. It is worth the extra day.
Make sure it is the wrong part and not a fitment question
Some parts look wrong but are correct for a configuration other than the one you expected, particularly where a kit is built around a specific water pump or balancer. Our article on why a kit will not line up covers the common cases. A photo and your order number let us tell the difference quickly.
Marketplace orders
If you ordered through eBay or Amazon, include the marketplace order number as well. Those orders follow their own return workflow, and we cannot reconfigure a kit against a marketplace listing the way we can on a cvfracing.com order.
